Export Advisory Service

Trade and Investment Queensland's Export Advisory Service works one-on-one with companies to help them become export ready, select export markets and find overseas business partners. This includes a state-wide network of regional advisors, which are located in offices across the state. They provide one-on-one services to Queensland companies that are already exporting or are new to exporting. These services are delivered in partnership with Austrade, under the TradeStart contract.

Getting Export Smart

Getting Export Smart is a practical hands-on export training initiative designed to help Queensland companies take up the export challenge.

Export Master Class

Export Master Class provides in-depth information updates for exporters across a range of knowledge areas including best practice export strategies, intellectual property protection, negotiation skills, brand equity and financial strategies for export.

Master classes are delivered by leading practitioners from commerce and industry and are designed to keep exporters at the cutting edge. Exporters across the State will benefit from affordable access to high-level legal / industry expertise they may not otherwise have.

Export seminars

Export seminars are held throughout the year to provide new and existing exporters with tailored advice on specific overseas market opportunities in targeted sectors. The seminars focus on up-to-date market trends, industry contacts and niche market opportunities.

Export seminars also offer exporters the opportunity to meet one-on-one with market specialist presenters to discuss export opportunities in more detail.

Exporter networks

Exporter networks bring firms together to share information on export opportunities and also include presentations on market entry strategies.

Mentoring for Export

Mentoring for Export uses a panel of experts to assist firms that are export ready or already exporting with options to further develop and refine their export strategies.
